Chris Murphy

With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, Chris has a deep understanding of industry trends, digital marketing, digital patient engagement, navigating and driving performance in complex organizations, internal and external communications, branding and team design.

Most recently, Chris was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Press Ganey, responsible for all external branding, product marketing, media relations and internal communications. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Digital Strategy and Market Intelligence at Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) in Massachusetts. In this capacity, he oversaw digital engagement, lead generation, patient acquisition, CRM implementation and execution, marketing automation and consumer intelligence.

Prior to BILH, Chris served as Vice President of Marketing for Lahey Health where he led the effort to enhance brand recognition and grow patient volume in key service lines while creating a modern infrastructure to engage patients, families and communities.

In his career, Chris has also worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Steward Health Care and led the health care practice for Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications.

Chris holds a BA from Providence College and lives in Milton, MA with his wife and three sons.
